its a bit of a tricky question everyones different 14 months and on for me the dogs got to be grown enought id start by letting it have a rag on one thats already been shot/dead before the ban our young ones we used to let a dog catch one give it a pasting then pull it off and let the young one chase it again the dogs bones have got to be just about fully grown and strong teeth dobby

Dobby,you probably know more than me on the subject,seeing as i have no experience with the type.But i was told that if you mate beddyxwhippet to a beddyxwhippet,they are never as good as a first cross,which would be a beddy put over a whippet,or whippet put over a beddy,F**k me i'm confusing meself I've just bought a First cross,as this is what a man in the know told me i needed.What's the right breeding to have?Bill i would put a whipprt back over a bitch dobby

this is my opinion mate whippet/bed is one of the best breads you can get for rabbiting they have the speed agility and the hardness of the bed best dog/bitch for rabbits id get a bitch for mating theres always people on here wanting them all the best dobby

like everything in the world size does matter,where fallow are concerned,ihave had alot of fallow over the years, and i do own some very good deer dogs, ive lamped em on foot out of motors done the lot.are we talkin about park deer that you could walk up to and slap.or the more wiley wild ones that go like race horses!!! 1 first the dog must be ouick enough to match his deer ,brave enough to pull it ,alot will run along side pretendin!!then this is the hardest once the deer is on the deck hold on to it .21" my arse a fully grown adult buck will give any decent dog a torrid time no matter wha
