No mate not violence i was walking down from my house to show my grandad my air rifel i bought the old bill stoped me questioned me arrested me because they said the air rifel was loaded and they thought i was trying to shoot the footballers i onistly wernt i neva got it out the case but thats what there like anyway down the station they told me it was 19flb and i needed a firarms license i neva new it was that powerfull but thats why they wont let me have it till 8months because that adds up to 5 years without being in trouble so i just gotta wait my FEO said it would all be ok tho and he ev

Hi all just to let u no i sent away for my shotgun license last otober waited and waited got my FEO round done all the checks he said it was all ok. Then i just had to wait for my certificate to come through the post waited and waited again abd then yesterday i reseved what i thought was my certificate only to open it to it sayin i had been REFUSED my face dropped i had a gun cabinet a gun lined up bag belt waistcoat the lot so i read thru it and due to some trouble i had in 2007 he thought i was a danger to the people and peace so i rang u and had a word they want me to re-apply in 12mon

Hi all i posted this on the ferreting page but no comments maybe u lot can help. My mother in law has a big chicken pen in her garden and she lives with the wood at the back of her she has a bit of a rat problem had a look thismornig for her big holes and a few of them she keeps pestering me to put one of my big hobs down and i was on about getting my mates dog but what are the effects if i use my ferret iv herd that its makes them start biting again turn wild or should i just smoke them out to a dog all ur comments are gonna be very helpfull thanks BIGASH .

Hi all my mother in law has got a big chicken pen and now has a few rat holes in it ( BIG ) holes ferret would fit perfect she keeps pestering me to put one of my hobs down and let here terrier have them what are the effects if i put my ferret down would it make them bite alot cus thats what ive herd just some advice please or if it was u how would u go about it thanks BIGASH ,

Hi all just wanted to say had a really good couple of frosty days and we had a light snow cover today. I got a feeling its gonna be a nice frosty well very frosty morning as its starting to frost now got a good bit of land to ferret havent done it for about a year and half big burrys not so manny bunnys but good size for the stewing pot hahah. I was ment to be ferreting a new bit of permission with a mate but hes put his back out so going in the week if its anybetter but im out in the morning anyway ill get some pics for every1 to see should be a good day he says lol ill update tomora .

Hi all i have got my Feo coming round monday to have a chat and get the rest of my shotgun certificate sorted. I gotta pick up my cabinet sunday just wanted to no are the break down cabinets anygood because iv got 1 lined up for £50 a 2 gun break down or i have a 5 gun setup cabinet offerd for £70 is it worth just getting the 5 gun and is that a good price for secondhand thanks/

Hi mate i had the same problem last season on some permission of mine. There's this 1 big bury on a slope fae about 20 hole very wide and it goes right back into a field i ferreted it with just the one ferret and had one then tryed it a few weeks later with two ferrets one at each end and i had a good turn out 6 in total hope that helps . Hi all this is my new ferret houseing got it off the motherinlaw used it for her chickens but was going to burn it due to very bad red mite problem.Anyway she said i could have it so i steam cleaned it red mite sprayed it and lots of bleach and disinfectant had to do some repairs to the roof and maybe a touch up of timber treatment abit later on tho filled it with shreeded paper and put some old camo netting ova for a good look lol looks good now ferrets love it get them out there pens first thing in the morning put all three togetha in the new house all day and get them in at night back in t

Hi all . BIGASH . here just to update u all i went out last night me and my uncle on the estate which hes the keeper of anyway went out bout 8ish got there and it wasnt the best night BUT it was a night out with the dog. It was the 3rd time out and hes getting better and better got it in him he had 3 amazing runs getting very close swooping down and got me very excited lol proud of him hes coming on fine and all in all he had about 8 runs but they wernt to got the bunnies got into the long grass or fence to quick but im happy i mean 3rd time out and he aint far off. .BIGASH .

You can buy; single shot, over under, Side by Side and Semi Automatic (up to a magazine capacity of two) The only shotgun cartridges you can't buy are slugs. You'd have no use for them Usually the licensing department want a call if you've got over five shotguns, as they may want you to change your home security. All of the above should be done AFTER your FEO has come round and checked if the cabinet is sturdy Thank you very much mate .

Ow ye im not going to buy a shotgun without a cabinet i would never do that neway all i asked was what els i could have on the shotgun license i no u have to get a diffrent one for bullet guns .

I rang them up and asked about it i said i didnt want to get a cabinet if i couldnt have a gun common sense really and they said its fine as soon as i get my license i have got to get a cabinet and ring them up to come and check it thats what the firearms department said so im just doing as they said.

Hi all i sent off for my shotgun license the other week it came back yesterday stamped and i thinck aproved but i sent the cheque to the wrong adress silly tit i no but i sent it back with a new cheque to the wright adress ass they asked so now i am just waiting i would like to no is it just a shotgun i can own with a shotgun license thanks .
