    Although most people involve the council, there is nothing stopping someone taking a private action in the magistrates court for statutory nuisance. i find that hard to believe you would need money and a good solicitor for that to stand aswell as EVIDENCE, talk is cheap they need big proof deny it all blame the dog down the street and it would be a county court not magistrates its a civil matter

    me dad has one absolute pile of pony it has just had a new fuel pump at 80000 thousand its a 1.8 petrol stay away get a subaru much better decent heaters, great for dogs ,farm,kids them freelanders are useless slow no room and crap offroad
