Brian, Love the tracksuit bit! To be sure, anyone who has spent much time flying brown hares with any of the mid-range hawks will have seen some pretty rough encounters – rollover, cartwheels, high launches – bird still attached – and terrifying back to earth tumbles. my moneys on the hare miby a hawk will take one or two but i think if someone who flys hare with harris was to be totaly honist they would say the hare wins most of the time

fitness is key mate your bang on with that but i think harris are just exellent birds especialy when fit iv never had as much fun with any other birds harris are defo my favourite

miby mate but i tell u falcons are so much easyer to train my wee harris has been a bit of a c**t tbh getting thare with him now but its been a very trying expirience lol

hi guys i just got myself a young harris and hes a wee shite lol traind a couple of sakers from young and found them so easy to train and get hunting so why can i train a saker faster than a harris but a harris is ment to be a beginers bird ? hes 1lb 9 and hes just started jumping to the glove today but hes not progressing as quick as my falcons did iv had older harris befone and loved them so went back to having one and to be honist its not been as easy as everybody claimes

try thunderbolts mate thats what we use when shooting stuff for the birds they are non toxic
