Different ways... I aint the dog whisperer i took my dog on the lamp when it missed i turned the lamp off and called it back it came straight back.. Took it ferreting in the daytime and just let it watch and gave it a few slipped rabbits.. I had a good level of obedience before may dog even seen game.. The bond with the dog is what I found helped me my dog want to to please me not its self... But what i found was from the very beginning and i never even encountered problems was go on dark nights by yourself no mates or other dogs when your dog misses knock the lamp strai

If entered correctly you can have a dog that hunts day and night hunting up on the lamp is your fault not the dogs..

why the feck would u want to kill a hare like that!!!! The whole point is to course the hare, obviously your dog aint capable if this is the way u have to kill them. u best sticking to rabbits mate My dog can kill them daytime but kills more on a night

I think your dogs might scare one even catch one but they would not do many in a day.. proper slips naa mabie hunted up but I dont know just my theroy i aint seen your dogs run let us know how they fare.. My lurcher has put more game in the bag than i expected.. And ran really well injury free touching wood as i type.. looking forward to september already lol I am still hard at it and out with the lamp in a hour...

I was on moter way with mine it was pissing down doing about 90 my imobilser kicked in no power totally died.. the water had forced its way in some how and drowned my electrics in drivers side near all the fuses watch out that was a proper c**t like.. was over a hundread miles from home.. mabie common fault on them??

Just a question mabie a few lads could answer... I have never seen a decent proper fen dog run a hare but have watched a few dvds so i am no expert... Anyway you know you get a saluki greyhound first cross.. do folk ever put a sauki over a decent lurcher bitch?? Would that not be better than a greyhound?? Mabie folk do i aint in the know.. Just been watching some dvds today that splodge looked a real dog
