hi mate ye there spot on, i had one for 3 years had no probs at all. could hit anythin with it. i paid 250 for mine with bipod silencer, deerfield scope , about 3 years back an that was like brand new. yes good guns tho -

soak aways ok if u got good ground eg (soft ground ,it wont get away thorugh clay) u will need 2 go a meter down an fill with lime stone other wise get shovel an wang it over nexed doors
