  3. When you buy a new set of scopes..... Go to zero them, get it just right and then a rabbit just happily wanders out of the bushes just inside zero range..... Totally disorientated and full of mixy as you can tell by the photo...... Looks like it's back with a vengeance on our small permission Only went down to zero for tomorrow night so only 1 in the bag today The scopes are Leapers 8-32x56 SWAT Mildot I bought off a kid on BBS....they look a bit OTT with the sunshade on but that's been removed, and the best thing about them is they didnt need any shimming..... 22 clicks up

  6. dont quote me mate but I think one of the regular lads on here bought one...used it once then sold it Seems the reviews see it as a Mountmaster with a laser added The laser apparently throws a dot the size of a 10p piece too But without actual experiencing it I couldnt honestly say Darryl

  11. cheers for the replies it chrono's at an average of 11.44ftlbs over 5 shots Twinned with the Hawke scope and AA Field I input the info into chairgun pro and it can up with the following info for true mildot calibration..... With 7x mag zero at 25M @ a 1" killzone The trajectory will remain inside the killzone from 6.2 through to 28.5M Then each calibrated mildot will effectively be in 5M steps eg. 1 mildot holdover=30M 2 mildots holdover=35M and so on! I'm a happy bunny to say the least!(pardom the pun) Darryl Took it out once mate and it cle
  12. Mate I'm over the moon to say the least.... For that price I was a bit dubious and thought I could be wasting my cash but the lad was as honest as the day is long! Total cost for the rifle inc travel cost was £380! Darryl

  14. As wor kid said in his hunting topic I've joined "The Dark Side"& nabbed myself what I would call the bargain of the century! I'd been toying with the idea of an HW100 before wor kid got his but at the time couldnt justify the cash, well wor kid certainly pulled it out the bag for me! I enquired about the rifle....it was in Scotland..... 125 miles away!! and it was still there!!....woohoo!! I arrangend to travel and collect it last night Typically though with work I was on a little trip round the east side of the country (From home to Newcastle then to York then to Grimsby then acr

  18. How do folks!! Ok...Some of you may already know but Rob aka spike25blue had a website dedicated to airguns only www.airgun-hunter.co.uk Due to a crap host having crap server security & rates for what they were providing his site was hacked on numerous occasions to the point where he decided to close it. Which is where I offered my help! We now have a new, secure host with a new redesigned site that is still a work in progress. We would appreciate some new members to get the site off the ground properly and hopefully making it a regular haunt for those that decide to
