  1. yeh, this one is like new. but just stays at the top end
  2. My mark II ferret finder has started reading at the top end of the depth scale, tried different collers, changed the batteries etc and still doing the same, do any of you guys know what could be wrong or does it have to be sent back to Deben to be sorted out, any help kindly appreciated, Dave
  3. Yeh the banks are well up away from the railtrack, had railway maintainance men came and told us that as long as we stay up on the tops well away from the track we are ok, been doing this part of the railway for a few years now with no bother
  4. The latest trip was to the railway embankment,ended up with a canny bag, but was amazed how many were carrying young, but the farmer wont mind that, anyway it was a good day and the weather was ok.

  7. yeh, the ferrets perform better on the field than the Boro

Went for a few hours out yesterday, went up to Northallerton way to try a bit of land we got last week, the land owner said to do an hedgerow were she had seen a few, got cracking on and Imust say it was the easiest days ferreting ive done for a long while, rabbits bolted like a dream and we ended up with a total of 41 prime rabbits, regards DAVE

  10. Had a long cold and wet day on the new land,ended up with another 57 bunnies, crap photo has it was getting into darkness
  11. a steady day today, 51 from some new land, havnt scratched the surface yet!
  12. got some more good footage, just going to edit all the crap bits out and will post asap
  13. Yeh we ended up with about 30 on the day
  14. yeh on the roadside, bit naughty when a rabbit bolts that way, have to be switch on on that side

  16. Out yesterday and used the nets made from the butchers twine, caught rabbits no problem, bagged well, easy to handle and untangle, just the durability needs testing, but time will tell, regards DAVE
  17. trying to make a longer video but no one wants to be the cameraman
  18. the nets ive made are with the red and white string, they are very strong and seem to handle ok,
  19. we are out tomorrow, give em a go if crap nowt lost
