Yeah, totally agree fencehopper. The dogs in question arent mine mate...I couldnt really give a shit about names, its just i have seen stock from him work, and f**k me..... as for you shooting dogs, each to thier own. And as for getting a dog from wales,,,hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...... you'd like my dogs fencehopper, they are your kind of dogs... Just seems like you know it all now fencehopper, and not me, lol. So all these people who have replyed to your post about there dogs being late starters, are they all making it up just to get at you, or do you think with you asking the quest

Yep, got to agree undisputed... A bullx we had didnt want to know till he was at least 12mths old, even while out with other working and bushing dogs. Now he is a very keen and responsive dog... Now billy the bullx stands a 28"plus was a very old pup, soft as hell and really didnt want to know. Came from real good stock, and while all his brothers and sisters were hard at it, he couldnt give a shit, and became one of the most laid back things you had ever seen at 16mths old. Now again, he has made a top dog for what he was bred for. Even now, he still doesnt seem to like day light hunti

Dog or Bitch? Bitch should be ok to start around 9 months mate. Just on easy 3/4 rabbits on the odd occassion. Make sure the chase is heavily in the dogs favour..... imagine a hare on the fens.... the further the cover the better for the dog. You will soon realise if its to early etc.
