    dont know what its called as it was pitch black at 10 pm,noticed it was bleak. i did wonder bout dogs going lame.

    It is called Gods Country and you need one hell of a dog to hunt around there

     

    Theres a video called foxing on the brecon beacons!! Don't know who made it and I'm sure they dont want anyone knowing!! Theres some bloody good dogs on there doing the buisness on same type of ground. Really good watch if you can get your hands on it.

    I used to live in Treherbert my mam owns the pub in blaencwm "The Hendrewen Hotel" :thumbs:

     

    Youv'e got pretty much no chance of running any dog up there. Good for a pack of hounds or a little digging but there's very few sighthounds that would be anygood and that terrain!! The cover is two dense and there paws would have a tuning!!!

     

    Are you talking of the Rhigos Mountain???

    tesco are worse then that now missie. me a mate and a women who was over 30 went in i got some drink but wasnt allowed to pay for it as even tho i had my ID the women didnt have hers :clapper: they told me that i had to come back on myself as they cannot sell any alcohol to anyone at anytime unless everyone with them is over 18 and has ID.

     

    so i went back this little twat of a security guard said "NOOOO we have them on CCTV waiting for you" ofcourse there going to wait for me im pretty sure he just wanted me to kick off to have a good story to tell his mates :boxing:

     

    Exactly the same thing happend to me!! So I said to him if my mate came in with his 4 year old daughter and bought a slab does that mean you wouldnt sell it to him??? He said thats diffrent she won't be drinkin the beer! I said well my mate here (who didnt have ID) wont be drinkin the beer! So the stupid security guard said you can't prove that!! I told him Id film it and post it to him! At the end of the day I bought the beer and I drunk it!! :gunsmilie::drink:

    There is a way to get a guarnteed catch!! Catch a bunny ferreting! Then take that bunny to a completely diffrent field! where it doesnt know its surroundings! It wont go far then your dog can just pick it up and hopefully retrieve it!

     

    It's called a dropper! My pup will be having them at 8 months! Start ferreting at 10 months and on the lamp at 12!!

    Just my opinion! Lamping a 8 month old pup is asking for trouble!!! :boogie:

    I don't know about barking running around!

     

    but...............

     

    My bitch used to whine in the kennel so I sat around the corner from the kennel with a bucket of cold water and when she started whining! :boogie: BOSH she had it!

     

    Hour later she started whining again BOSH She had it again!!!

     

    She's never whined since!

     

    by the way remeber to dry your bitch don't leave her wet for to long 5-10 so the message sinks in!!!

    Your trying to seel a pup you got for free!!! :wallbash: You don't know what brreeding it is and you don't know what the parents are or even whether their working!! :censored:

    I'm not going to argue with you! All I want to say is why don't you give the pup to a working home who can rear the pup properly and get the best from it. I don't know who lies on here but I can assure you I never have!! I just couldnt believe your trying to make money out of a pup youve put nothing into!! Youv'e probably spent less than a fiver on feeding it!!

     

    Be wise now and give it to a working home!!! :thumbs:

    Get another lurcher maybe a grey whippet and then ruby can work the bushes and your greyw can catch. ruby might even catch a few should be awsome.

     

    I would be knocking on that guy's door though!!! :censored: Some people just want to make money, no consideration for people like you the novice new owner!!! :big_boss:

    IMHO A dog that will mark occupied buries respect nets and ferts catch the bolters and retrieve to me. Also hunt up cover and persue when a rabbit lifts.

    A dog that will smash cover after chasing a rabbit and will work bunnies well on the lamp i.e. taking squaters and also never give up when they think a rabbit can't be caught!!

     

    Just my opinion everyone is diffrent!! :drink:
