  2. lol why cant a guy pick a colour he likes ? I love all you guys who go , it dont matter, . but I bet you pick a kit you like the look of over one you dont. for rabbiting colour dose not matter but having a colour you like is always nice. So is picking up a ferret and playing with it. and giving it a name you like even if you dont tell the lads, who go home and do the same lol I have two silver, two poles and a very dark one. I would love a sandy and a bino at some point . As I have not had every colour yet its hard to pick a fave, but I do like the look of the sandys.
  3. What kind of kid would do that to a ferret. I bet his mum or dad never taught him kindness. so sorry to hear this. I know the so called hard men on here wont admit it but its heart braking to lose a ferret . and a new kit cant fix that but its nice that the guys have offerd . feel for you mate

  6. Large Transpot box. this is a heavy box not for carrying across fields but for transpoting by car or van. Very sturdy, has a seprate part for the mardy ferret but this can be removed if wished. I am asking £30 or will swap for a smaller one if its what am after.collect from Alfreton derby or can arange to drop at Derby
  7. i will post this on my Ferret FB page , lots of rescue centers on there so see if thay have had anything handed in
  8. I would get her looked at by a vet. if she is in pain or something hurts, then the last thing she wants is picking up, and she happy to tell you that.
  9. I want a single , but do you live in derbyshire so i can collect plesae. P.M me
  10. You need a licene to keep a mink. thay are not as nasty as people think and even full grown ones can be tamed but you will need a escape proof enclosure and water for it to swim in. I have a rescue one myself. if its a wild Polecat then it's protected and can be set free once its better .
  11. I would have one but i hear they can be nasty. £700 was a rip of though, £150 thay have been sold for in the past. and i would only pay £50 for one .would also like a striped polly. but I dont think there are any breeders in the UK .Whats your mates like?
  12. There are over 47 thousand wild EUs in the UK. There heads are different from Ferrets . flater faces yet biger heads. I would imagine that from time to time kits are found and kept as pets or even mistaken for ferrets .
  13. to some people ferrets keeping is just as much a hobby as say keeping birds. they like to see how many colours they can keep and like to have dif types . some people hunt, so have ferrets. where as others have ferrets so hunt. if you see what i mean.
  14. sand pit, ball pit, water tub. and soil in a tub. yep soil is great. its suprzing how quick a white ferret can turn black
