    Mine are in a very large run, much as I’d love to have them running all over the show the dogs would just eat them. Been tried, fat dogs....no chickens ! We also get bother with stoats, mink and pine marten here mate.

    I farm totally chemical free and to help out a bit towards the chicken feed I sell a few eggs, now I’m not organic because I don’t want to pay £300 for someone to give me a sticker but to all intents and purposes that’s how I’m farming. Organic eggs are €3 for 6, I charge €2 for my eggs and €8 for a tray of 30......someone said to me the other day “That’s expensive, I can get 30 eggs for €3.50 down the paki shop” My reply was “on you go then” because you just can’t argue with stupid Organic chicken feed is €15 a sack compared to €8 for non organic by the way.......same for all

    Mate, they spray everything with round up........meanwhile in the states Monsanto have had to put hundreds of millions of dollars aside to settle cancer claims !! Over here and the UK they spray as a matter of course prior to harvest: Potatoes Rape Wheat Silage grass in some instances, so your beef is laced with it too !! There is probably a shit load of other stuff too..... Makes your mouth water don’t it

    As you say mate, it’s the processors getting the money and people don’t want to pay €30 a kilo to eat fish, but they would happily pay the fisherman a few euro a kilo more than he is getting from processors and he only too happy to do it. I was out off Sligo boat fishing the other year, we caught a load of mackerel and pollock, got back and nobody wanted hardly any of it !! I went home with about 6 stone of fish because I just couldn’t see that wasted ....why bother even killing it if you don’t want it......stuff like that snaps me, it really does.

    A bit off topic but the same as farming, you can’t keep raping everything.....you have to take steps to regenerate. Raping the sea bed, destroying soil by forcing crops with artificial fertiliser and spraying round up.......it’s the price of high volume, low cost food. They reckon England has 50 harvests left !!.....50 ! The soil is in such poor condition from chemical wormers, fertiliser, round up, monoculture crops that it’s all done in 50 years ! It won’t sustain a thing on its own ! The consumer has to take a chunk of that blame.

    Consumers have to take a lot of the blame as well mate, they won’t buy the products. The UK catches some of the finest spider crab in the world and it all gets exported because we won’t eat it !! Regulation in fishing and farming is killing everything, there’s a few small farmers who don’t fit “in the system” starting to take measures to bypass the government and Agriculture people and take control of their farms and their products.

    It’s never the motor brother, it’s the stuff in it. The insurance will give you f**k all for that, when my 4track got nicked they took all my coats, lamping kit and a few other bits, probably £1500 worth. The insurance said “have you got receipts”......Id had some of that for years, who keeps the receipt ? I didn’t even bother to try and claim when they did my van for tools Insurance companies are as big a bunch of crooks in the whole process as the people doing the thieving.

    Brilliantly interesting reading that mate ? In the west, if you gave politicians the power of life and death they would be topping people because the company that makes the electric chairs were donating to the party and flying them to the south of France for a shindig ! Lol

    We have castle doctrine to a bigger extent than the UK here in Ireland though mate, we can absolutely plug someone on any part of our property if we can prove we thought there was a direct risk to life.

    So, he is “governing” solely in the interests of his country and it’s people (obviously it benefits him too) In the west we don’t do that and thats why we can’t allow the state the power of life and death imho.

    Question mate, is that country governed from a moralistic/religious ethic or is it like the west ? Are politicians there every bit as greedy, selfish and couldn’t give a shit about their homeland as ours in the west ?

    I get the idea mate, I really do but I honestly don’t think you can trust western politicians with that kind of power. These people can’t be trusted with anything never mind the power of life and death over private citizens.

    I was being a bit unfair to the police in my last post thinking about it, it’s not that they dont care is just that they are overwhelmed......they just can’t keep up with it and so they don’t even try.

    You drive into Tilbury docks and there are thousands of cars, trucks, machines all lined up waiting to get put on boats and shipped. There will be tippers with two land rovers stacked on top, a container with two four tracks in it and on and on and on.......the docks just couldn’t employ enough people to keep up with checking it all, the cozzers don’t care and so it’s just cracks on. Every other kid has weed for sale, countie lines gangs just rock up at towns down the C2C line, get off, stab and beat every young person they come across in a mad one night spree and take control of the

    The big one before I upped sticks was they waited for the dads to go to work and then while mum was getting the kids ready for school they would kick the front door in and rob the gaff. As I said, it’s part of life there now......fantastic huh ?

    I know these areas very well, these wasn’t some big posh gaff they targeted.     It’s normally travellers who are doing the machinery off farms and building sites etc and “others” who are doing work vans and people’s homes. However, they are all dealing with each other so it’s not just one doing one thing and somebody else doing another, all part of the same cess pit mate

    In all fairness to refugees mate, the people doing all this stuff round my old way were not refugees......they are all “British” or long term permanent residents.

    With all due respect mate, for punishment to be a deterrent you first have to care about being punished, they don’t.....they couldn’t care less. We are talking about people who will happily murder you for a phone and not give a second thought to 25 year behind the door......how you gonna deal with people like that ?

    Yep, one farm where I used to shoot round my old way lost £250,000 worth of kit in just one year and they were loosing gear every year However, the private home invasions i think are the worst, they tie up people and their young kids, torture them and all sorts.....as I said, the old bill don’t even bother now
