An interesting thing was said on the programme mate, it times of strife human beings have more kids !.......it’s part of our programming. I find stuff like that interesting.

The “one child” policy sounds great in theory but it said last night that the only country to implement it found that it caused massive problems. See, in the poor countries they only wanted male children to help with the work and so infants were being murdered at birth and it caused imbalance in certain areas

They are trying to do it via education in Nigeria it said last night mate. They were at a school and a few of the children had children of their own that they took with them to class. They are trying to teach the young girls about their body, not getting into relationships too early in life etc etc So Nigeria definitely recognises there is a problem and they are doing what they can at a local level......however, how effective can one local Teacher be ?

Said last night they actually did that in the 70s in India, they were vasectomising blokes for not having a bus ticket and other petty crimes. They did about a million and they said it had a positive impact in as much as they don’t have as many people as they would have done However, there was a backlash which brought down the government

I’m afraid you are seeing stuff that isn’t there mate. Certainly not from me anyway. As I said, it’s an interesting conversation and there are some interesting lads on here that won’t bother to contribute if they think this thread is just about that......I don’t want that.

Now that is indeed true, however I don’t want to become extinct and I accept that is a selfish attitude. But it’s also part of my genetic programming so it’s not my fault ! Lol ? I understand your point, we should deal with it globally regardless and that’s fair enough. I take a slightly different view in that we should deal with it in situ. I don’t think wiping out Europeans is a good idea when really we only need to deal with their consumption.

I’m not suggesting they are anything, I’m saying that GB is artificially over populated to the tune of 25 million people and that scenario is being played out globally. However, my selfish caveat is that I don’t want to become extinct in my own continent to fix it same as I don’t want to refuse hospital treatment to fix it......that in itself is one small part of the problem I grant you. But that aside, we both agree that there is a problem ?

I’m really glad you said that because you are right, we kept a stable population with much bigger families years ago. So could it be that artificial interference in population is causing over population problems in certain parts of the world ?

Packham was being taken around a town last night by a Nigerian teacher and the teacher said that most blokes have 2 or 3 wives and each wife will have between 4 and 8 kids, the teacher said his mum had 15 kids !

I think the word you are overlooking is “artificial”.......the 3rd world is kept artificially high when they have way to many already. An area keeps at a level without interference, we all know this because we hunt.....the increases are small and incremental. As an example, Germany’s population is only 3 million more since 1939 where as Britain 28 million more, that is artificial and unsustainable. Same as Lagos going from 1.2 to 22 million, that doesn’t happen naturally. Its all man made interference

Like most people, im only human and if I need medical treatment I wouldn’t refuse it even though I know I am being kept artificially alive. In exactly the same way, I dont want to see the extinction of my race either.....I’m just not comfortable with that.

I’ll agree with you that it’s a fact that the world population is a problem. However, I think you have overlooked the fundamental flaw in your suggestion of a single child policy on a global scale......that flaw is that it would mean the extinction of the European race. Id like to address what’s happening in the world but I don’t want to be exterminated for doing it ?

I would argue that we need to deal with the problems where they exist. Europeans need to consume less and breed more The 3rd world needs to raise its living standards and breed less

I did shoot you down Max because you wouldn’t have it that we are not over populated as people in our own land, our over population is artificial. If we impose a ban on kids white Europeans will be extinct, no ifs, no buts......extinct ! Thats not a racial prejudice statement, it’s a factual statement I also said that we wasn’t having too many kids it was the 3rd world that was having too many kids and that is in fact completely accurate ? I do take Francie’s point thought mate, it’s a bit rich some government is telling you to stop buying bottled water when they are putting thousands and thousands of houses at 50 tons of carbon per house before a light bulb is ever switched on ! Once you concrete over something it’s gone, it’s never going to sequester carbon again, it’s never going to grow anything again so they chop down a bit of rainforest instead and on and on and on......
