I had my van nicked in the early 90s, so I went and found the local car thieves, didn’t ask if they had taken it but that if it wasn’t back in the morning I was going to cut all their fingers off and throw them away…..and it was back in the morning ! Once the Eastern Europeans arrived you wouldn’t have know who nicked what.

No, probably Rumanians actually, they used to nic them and then put them in a container at Tilbury docks to send to west Africa…..Tilbury docks was like “we buy any car”, you’d have a truck with a pickup on the back with a car stacked on the back of that and all the insides of all of them fill up with tellys, fridges and computers nobody wants ! lol

Would anyone say that the dynamic of Reform has shifted massively in the last 12 months ?……it’s gone from what felt like a peoples movement to a movement devoted to providing a parachute to ex Tory’s ? People wanted something that was unapologetically for them and by them…….what they are ending up with is “vetting” to make sure nobody once said some words or had an original but unpopular opinion, they are ending up with lots of the same people who actively worked to get the nation into this disaster. Well, had a few more hours at it today. Got the sides batterned and roof plates on and squared and centred, ties all the structure below together as well. next job, make roof trusses.

I like those southern rural accents, Devon, Cornwall, Suffolk, Norfolk….. Same as Cumbrian isn’t as coarse as the NE….. They are accents that are just nice to hear.

Is it slagging him off mate or is it just finally being honest with ourselves about stuff ? I have no doubt Farage will get elected and in fact I want him to get elected…..but for way too long we all thought “that it then, let’s all crack on” every time a new prime minster was elected…. But now I think it’s a good thing we are having a much more critical look at everybody and being honest about there benefits but also their limitations…..none of these people are our friend, they are our employee and we should treat them as such.
