Fair point Andy. D To be honest mate I use 32g 5s or 6s as I dont like using small shot. -
My ferrets wont eat crows, they will not eat any corvids. I feed them mostly on feral pigeons woodies are too good to eat to waste them on ferrets His eat them without a problem and I do agree a feral is a lot better than wasting a woody.

Eat/freeze the pigeons and give the crows to someone who has ferrets for food....

As long as your shooting at normal decoying ranges they will be fine.No matter what you use if you kill the head the body will die.... -
Different cartridges perform differently in different guns so I would say get a couple of boxes of Eley/Express/etc and see which you like and performs best mate....

Parker Hale .243 with 3-9x40 scope and T8 moderator. Its a nice clean tidy gun that has had around 200 rounds through it.I am only selling due to me getting a different calibre.Offers around £375.Any questions just ask. Thanks for looking.Chesterfield area.

Its a case of trail and error mate as you have to find the round that suits your barrel as they all perform differently.Keep your eye out for a home loading kit as home loads can be made to suit your gun and in my opinion are alot better. As for factory ammo they are all good but again its shoot the 1 that performs best in your rifle.
