    to get my saluki pup to come back by me and my mum taking her to a enclosed field i stood at the top and she was at the bottom and we let her off and after a 5 min run i would call her and put my right arm out and shout come and at first at took a long time for her to come but she did and she got rewarded and after a while of that my mum would call her praise her then id call her from the top of the hill and praise her so she would run between us, and then put the dogs fav toy inbetween me and my mum and called her and shouted leave it when she went for the toy and rewarded her for coming so t

I've never once slagged her for her training prowess so what's your problem? You want to be a knight in shinning armour?     yeh im doing well shes a fast learner ...so what dogs to you keep and how do you train them ??? and Just out of interest, what exactly have you trained them to do???

    well if you dont train a dog to do anything it will be running roit around your house so they are trained to do what there told when ther told , sit stay heel retrieve up down , if u dont teach a dog it wont even know what no means , if you teach a dog to sit its been trained to do something .. ???

    thanks , yeh both full saluki's , i think its easy to train them if 1 person takes control of them rather then the hol house hold getting involved , you just need to have patience , i think alot of people go wrong when they hit them , iv always been told to take a more phycological aproach by my uncle in s.a who breeds them , like if my pups playin up at night il carry her into a room with the door open and sit in the doorway and push her back in when shes trying to get out , to say , the door's open but im the boss and i want you to stay there , when she stops tryin 2 get out i put her in h
