went for a look with the ferrets and dogs , no nets today just let them bolt for the grews, most of the warrens are full of water so only did a few. bolted 3 caught 3 so happy with that , one of them has got the signs of myxi dont now if its just starting or just getting over it , anyway pics below of the pack and catch. just back in from an other go on another farm was a lot dryer but still no big amounts run 2 caught 2 so she ran well. Fezz

sounds like round here Fezz, were abouts was it? PM me if you prefer mate....im in the same area. i had a look out even looked at some new fields that were less than ideal running ground..on our summer walks this place was heaving but not now. everything was very lamp shy or there was nothing there to run. still managed 2 runs and 2 catches. good going and it beats coming home empty handed. hi maty its round crow castle mate ,theres loads there but theres also loads of others that go there so as soon as the lamps on there gone even tryed different filter but no joy , need to get out and

was out last night for a shine about , took nip this time . well was hard going theres water everywhere fell over 3-4 times only seen 3, first run she nailed no prob turned it a couple of times and picked it up ,second run she lossed due to turning and slipping in the mud and it made its way through the fence, and the last she fell hard to wet and muddy so had a look she was fine so made that do not worth the risk . i now its only one but it was hard work and she tryed her best for me . cheers Fezz

i use shredded paper for bedding and wood based cat litter for the toilet corner, its good stuff ive got 5 ferrets and i put in two cups a week , clean out the waste every day very easy soakes up all moister and you can buy 30litres for £8 and it lasts for months

well iam a farmer , lots of hard work long hours and shit everywhere but i love it fresh air all day long outside most of the time , but if i had too change i would like to be a gamekeeper or a pest controller or if my lotto ticket ever comes good il be hunting every day, in a differant country

this is my ferreting crew i would be lost without my border shes 100% marker 18months old and my grews there 15months old and have picked up ferreting well a good ferreting dog should be able to mark , leave rabbits in the nets but be ready to catch any that miss or bolt when your dealing with a rabbit or a net .
