View Advert Ruger 1022 After much thought i need to raise money for an alpex scope for my .243 So up for reluctant sale is my ruger 1022 . It's got a few mods carried out to it Silicone buffer , volquartson trigger and exact edge extractor. Comes with a hawke panorama I.R. 3-9 x 50 scope 4x ruger magazines parkerhale moderator with original box and alignment tool it has extended magazine release auto bolt release . the stock it is in at the minute has the barrel floated and barrel band removed. With sling studs fitted Has second stock painted in satin

Had A Go At Making An Adjustable Comb Stock

once I made sure the stock was level left to right and front to back I done this by screwing a scrap bit of wood the end of the stock and taped a bit of scrap wood to level the other way and just took my time cutting it .as for the adjusters they were turned from ally bar on my mates lathe -

here is the finished item re done the stock with 10 coats of CCL gunstock finishing oil the picture makes the stock look a lot lighter than it actually is ........just got to get out and get it zerod .........oh and while I was on I floated the barrel -
well I got a bit fed up with the problem with my .22 brno mod 2e I.E I did not have a clear line of sight through my scope with my cheek in the correct position on the stock and had to raise my cheek off to get a good enough view through my sights . so I bought another std stock off a member and decided to " HAVE A GO " and see what the end result was like ...........well finally finished and chuffed I am too covered in masking tape marked ready to cut cut on bandsaw levelled up to drill small holes for grub screws adjusters being epoxy glued in place holes for the s

hi all just bought a S/H brno .22rf mod 2-e and fancy getting the barrel shortened by a couple inches so I can do away with factory front sight and get it recut. so do you nice people have any idea on what it will set me back . and secondly where is best to get it done up in the north east ??
