  1. what were they supposed to do? they got a dog back from a thieving scum bag and reunited it with its owner. i say nice one rspca and nice one 5 0
  2. how would she have a season if shes only 7months old, shes not filled out yet because she is still young and growing your ripping this blokes dod when hes good enough to take it on. but it shows what you know about dogs when your suprised bitch comes into heat at 6 months. The normal and most common is for the Dam to come into heat at 6 months of age and then every 6 months there after. Some Dams come in at 4 months and some at 12 months for their first heat. Some every 6 months and some every 5 to 11 months. cheers easy
  3. cheers for the reply lads, takes a bit of worry out of the situation
  4. hello all. im getting a dog but got a slight concern. i want to go rabbiting and i live on a air force base so i got loads of land to work, except i dont know any one near me who works whippets/lurchers etc and im a bit worried about bringing on a pup when there isnt any other dogs for it to learn from. is it easy to bring a dog on byitself or sould i really take it out with more experianced dogs. i wouldnt want to get a pup and not be able to bring it on good cheers
  5. when i hear the word lurcher, this image will come to mind. what a specimin
  6. im gonna do a sponsered waxing of my ball sack and donate all the proceedings to the CLA
  7. How do you think the public will vote?If the future of hunting is left with the general public then it's fecked most have watched pet rescue and know all about "our type" i dont think many of the public would vote. only people with strong views for or against. i mean not everyone even vote in the general elections. makes me sick. we cant hunt (a tradition) yet muslim imigrants are allowed to ritualy slaughter there meat, by slicing its theoat and letting it bleed to death (halal) obviously we are 2nd class citizens in our own country
  8. david cameron has suggested putting it to vote within his own party, if he wins the elections. this is obviously a ploy to get vote from the likes of us, when ifact we all know the pricks in downing street will vote against. the only party with a fair policy is the BNP who state they would put it to public vote, let us decide. i say if you dont like hunting dont f****n watch. Fu*kin tree huggers
  9. they could legalise hunting peados and kiddie fiddlers with dogs
  10. having read the news yesterday i was ha[ppy to learn david cameron wanted to reappeal the hunting ban. good news? well who was going to vote on this. from my understanding it would be the MPs vote. however the most of his party are objected to this saying that the MAJORITY of the population wants to keep the hunting act. in my mind this is utter bollocks. before they say that, let the people vote, let us decide not them pompuss pricks. its ok for them to scam their expences, but we cant participate in a british past time. F*ck the Ban
  11. how did you get on with your siberian husky x greyhound have you any pictures cheers like to see a pick of a husky x grey, my mates got 2 huskies been talking bout how a cross would be, lots of ideas bout crosses, husky, ridgeback, visla, doberman etc. got to be some good unusual crosses i like the deer x bull nice dog
  12. with the recent topics about GSd x Greys and salukis x GSD im interested to hear from or see pics of any other crosses rather than the grey/bull or usual crosses such as GSDxGrey see what you all got
  13. if i was to start ferreting again ide get all of what you mentioned, but i would have to jills, and later on when you got a better set up get a vasectomised hob as you may not know they need to be mated every season, (i think thats right), other wise you will have to get them jabbed at the vets to bring them out of season.

  19. hello all. my job is involving me moving to an island in the outer hebrides, Benbecula, where i hear the fishing ios amazing, so seeing im there for a few years im gonna get into sea fishing. i used to do a bit of macrel bashin as a kid and catching a few trout from the river as a youngster but that was years ago. so im after some advice about what kit i need rods, reels tackle etc. i been lokking in sea angler magazine but it seems to be aimed at the more experianced fisherman not the novice so any help will be appreciated. i guess most of the fishing up there will be from the beach. t
