  2. Good pics mate! Looks like youve had a good day. Them rabbits will keep you going for a wee while.
  3. well i paid a fiver each for mine sooo its pretty cheap but i still treat mine with respect.....hopefully it gets returned lol rolleyes:
  4. Also has anyone noticed how well a ferret de-skins the rabbit from the carcass? I was really amazed how my ferrets dealt with a full rabbit
  5. I would have thought the clue was in the fact it sayes '' complete ferret food'' on the bag , each to there own , mine dont get dry food here as i found it made them eat none stop & they got very fat , thats basically the only reason i stopped feeding it Och my ferrets get all sorts from pheasent to dry food. I occasionally give them dry food but no oftern, i agree it will make them fat and it isnt exactly "fresh" but game killed today is. And its a de-wormer for them!
  6. Hes a ZANDER cant get my other pics up yet hes a pike aswell you must be one ugly dude to be hiding your face like that And why would you want to see his face man......are you hiding something?

  9. Good work to you and your ferrets. How many ferrets did u take? and did u take a dog for the escapees?
  10. Ermm...well i bought some drops from the pet shop just to put on them every 6 mnths. Even though my ferrets dont appear to have fleas i still did it like i would with my cat. It seems to work. Try that. Good luck
  11. mate you are such an ignorant k**b.and a moderator aswell. been reading this forum for years and you allways write some predictable B*****ks. Cheers mate! i was goin to say something along them lines myself but just take me as a big woos!
  12. Aye sounds like a great worker you have there pal! i have an albino jill does exactly what yours does. It dont hang about.
  13. Nice ferrets pal! I am looking for a polecat Jill. Like the ones in ur pics. Are polecats harder to find?
  14. Yea when i get my ferret run up i will be getting another jill and haveing both jills working instead of the hob, he can be used as the stud because £100 to get him snipped and if he lies up i will go mad lol!! i wont a Pole cat jill if possible. With all the polecat marking you know!
  15. Nah my jill aint come into season yet. I dont even know the signs of it either, I will look up though!

  20. I couldnt tell you to be honest. I have a hob and he is quite big!
  21. Ahh see theres a new trick put up a pic of my hob when he was only 2 mnth old or sumthin. He is a monster now can crush a rabbits skull no probs. Hes a beauty though, clever sod aswell. He manages to jump from the hutch to my hand which is clutching a cat food tin...all in mid-air. The jill aint to confident. He guards the hutch aswell and chases people away apart from me. He is a biter though wich is a bit of a bummer. Anyway yea my hob is big too! The jill aint though she is a wee skinny (dont matter how much she eats) narrow ferret with a fierce bite aswell. She is the better at flushi
  22. Nah i would give it a go like, Just see what happens. Like i say its all natural for them. Just instinct!
  23. Just show them the ropes as in take them to a spot with lots of rabbits and decent 1 holers. Net it up and put the ferret down it. It will go itself. Its nature to them. They do all the work and you just wait. Not this time of the year though as there is baby rabbits about. The ferrets are more likley to lie up and you dont want that! Its easy. Its better to show a ferret when its a kit but its all the same to a ferret. Cheers Ferret maniac
  24. Cheers pal! Yea he is a nice stong ferret now. Gutsey tho and fairly territorial Lol
