Who said anything about being poor?Bollocks you are poor?Did i mention this oncce 'Wanna be Farmer', i hate arguing and making my self look like a little shit, but you really are a dumb, creep, who doesnt seem to be showing much interest for the 'Future Generation' of the sport. Look at yourself, and i certainly havent lied about any circumstances, lets make that clear. All i said was that i could do with some extra kit because i had to lend of my dads friend, and believe me, i have to work for anything i get.Oh, and i think your an idiot, you certainly havent understood a word i said, where d

Hi everyoneMy name is Jack Ward, i am 15 years old and recently posted my first post 'asking' for any unwanted items from any generous people who wish to help me out. I received a lot of comments and feedback, and have now hopefully, thanks to the great generosity of Chay, which i am very grateful for, acquired some new equipment. However, after logging on to THL tonight, i have found a series of new posts from people suddenly wanting new equipment, and looking closely i have also found that nearly every word i used in my post has been used. I find it appauling that these people, having reviewe

Hi A few weeks ago i received some complete rabbit snares from david, trapworks. Due to the farmer having sheep in the field i have only just managed to get out. Set 6 last night and took the mut out to check them at 6ish this morning. Was still quite dark when i got there but i had a wander about, seen a few rabbits and got the pup to have a good old sniff about, this year will be her first test as a gundog (She is still fairly young) and went to check my snares. Nothing in the first two, collected them and walked into the next field and onto walked down the edge of the field. Nothing in

My Dad has recently purchased a .22-250 rifle and currently uses a ASE UTRA sound moderator for his .243 rifle, is it perfectly ok for him to use it on his .22-250 as well. Also, what ammunition would anybody reccomend for use with the .22-250 its a heavy barreled remington. Thanks

Hi I hear a lot about people catching salmon and sea trout on worms. How should i go about this. Ive got a normal spinning reel and long old fly rod. Will these be ok, how far should i cast, does the size of the worms matter, where should i fish etc etc. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks Jack W

Egremont, but speaking to a few people today they say a few have been caught and they say nobody bothers if you swap sides, like egremont going onto wath brow stretch. Fished for five years and never have i once been asked to produce my licence. Could you please ask him what stretch and size the lure was. Why has someone changed the name of my title, everyone thinks its the EDEN, its the EHEN. Cheers for reply JackW

I bought some snares off Solway Feeders, absoloutelly s**te, they came all kinked, tangled and they were tiny, the loops far too small. Only thing was, i didnt really know about snaring then (I'm 15 and no expert) and carried on using them, now in a non-returnable state. Only until i came on this site i learned and hopefully will purchase some of the snares on Trapworks which look brilliant and obviously have had a lot of care taken into making them.

Hi I currently own a GWP pup, which at times will heel on the lead. But when i am with my dad and he's walking the other dog it pulls. She knows what to do when i say heel, but it doesnt last long. She is also half/half off the lead and keeps going on two far ahead and i have to keep reminding her. Is this natural for a younger dog and will she mature, or is there any advice. Kind Regards Jack W

Today, Whilst calling roe deer with a buttolo call, a large buck shot towards us barking, soon followed by a young deer kid. Has anyone any idea why the kid is with the buck, rather than the doe. Is this normal behaviour or is it highly likely that the mother has been shot. Ofcourse, the buck was left.
