  1. And don't let pup's piss on that firemen pic.
  2. Few years ago I was having trouble sourcing a .22 pistol and they offered to convert a rifle!!! So I'm sure they will be able to help. Thanks again.
  3. Lovely, many thanks for this contact. I'd lost their no. Close to my work so will be handy.
  4. Chaps, I have this Falco on ticket and would like to have it shortened and made less cumbersome. Can it be made much smaller ie smaller pistol grip. Shorter barrells?
  5. Trouble with these FEO is no-one is singing from the same hymn sheet. Each County can be different. I had a two shot .22 for humane dispatch and decided I wanted something bigger so ased to exchange it for a .410 DB pistol. This was no problem but they would only state on cert that .410 was to be used on "vermin around buildings" not humane dispatch!!! I live three miles from the border of next county where FEO are happy to issue terriermen to use .32 pistol. I tried for variation but got turned down flat. CAN OF WORMS?
  6. Great to see some northern soul fans on here.

    KTF.

  7. My favourite!!! I'd leave them in for 35 mins though. Not keen on the sloppy guts  so always gut em.
  8. Thanks mate I think you've been her biggest fan.
  9. Boss says thanks. Tried to adjust size but still come out distorted.
  10. Print of lovely wife's painting 10" x 12" mounted ready to frame £15 + £3.67 p&p. Edited to say pic is distorted on site.
  11. Helo mate. Coming from that strange county you must have some other similar "expressions"
  12. hens egg -in Sussex any way. Yes spot on. Made me laugh when I heard it.
  13. Heard an excellent expression today. Can anyone tell me what a "cackle berrie" is?
  14. you never make him out to be great steve u never have but he does what makes you happy and you have the pup comming on which is bred right and you can expect more from in time so you have the best of both so that should be all that counts :signthankspin:Nice one mate, yes you are right I'm happy. Would never try pup at retrieving again! Sent him after a bird t'other day and by the time I got to him he'd plucked it cleanly and eaten the breast completly.
  15. like ive said before the plummer terrier lol now im not trying to take the piss out ov yours but hand on heart there really is a hand full that really are game for the job good luck with them mucker atb chris
  16. Thank you. He'll never be a world beater as I often say but who cares he's a bloody good gun dog. Many spanial/lab owners call for him to find lost birds on several local shoots.
  17. Thank you matey. I'm not here to prove anything, just to contribute to the site. Only knockers I'm interested in are big and bouncy!!!
  18. HAHAHA!!! Not worried mate, as I've said many a time on here he'll never be a world beater. Just like to see MY dog do something more than the usual "my Plummer killed a mouse" posts and show that they can be quite handy.
  19. it aint look as though them 2 have done that, no blood unda charlies jaw or on it neck, top of dogs heads arent scratched either, no chance them 2 ave done it, bronsons fur is still dry, thers been snow on ground up here for near on 3 week now I have to agree but I APOLOGISE if I am wrong and this wasn't staged. Charlie looks too dry to have been rolling about in the snow with your young ones, looks like he's just been dropped in the snow, for them to have killed it I'd expect a bit more wet fur on the neck, it all looks wrong. Enclosed pic is result of a kill in a dry pipe drawn out
  20. If I remember right, John Hubery off of here was doing some.
