    them rabbits must be pretty tame to put the lamp on and still kill 10 rabbits in the same feild were i go you are lucky to get 5 runs in the same feild it aint impossible,seen mates take 13 on the trot off one field.maybe its a good dog.. i dident say the dog was bad i said they must not get lamped that mutch cus were i go soon as you put the lamp on ther gone i hope i made my self more clearer

    iv never owned a collie breed so ther for i cant coment on them but i no it takes all that but if they have all that and dont have will power they wont be a good dog they have to try and that comes from the trainer .... i have a 17 months old dog iv had him sence 6 weeks old all of his brothes and sister are ok but hes a lot lot better than eny one of them they have the same mother and same father but diffrent oweners cheers s.c.k

    I tend to agree with alimac on this one ! If they can reach their second breeding year its supposed to be a bit better ? But not many make it that far . Even a good wild hen has trouble! between vermin and weather she's lucky to get 1 or 2 out of a brood . I agree with the above pheasants are not good mothers with so many varying factors which can influence the rearing of the brood the odds are always stacked against them. there not worth retting out to breed
