I am having the same problem with 2 jills here , i put the new one in a carry case inside the older jills cage so they could sniff each other for a day or so, then attempted to introduce them, it was ok for the first 10 mins, then the older jill went beserk Looks like i will have 3 seperate groups now

This is Wispa the jill kit who we agreed to take last week, her previous owner had taken her on as a tiny kit & once she started nipping the owner kept smacking her round the face , the silly cow said '' well the more i whacked her the more she bit'' well theres a supprise She hasnt attempted to bite so far & is lovely

I know people feed them frozen ones from the pet shop , but if theres a chance they have had some poison i wouldnt, Ditch will tell how fast that stuff acts , i dont have a clue

Thats the trouble i love chicken & when i have 30 bob in my purse i have to really struggle with my conscious i couldnt buy chickens who have lived in them horrible sheds , so i would rather buy something else And yes the old ones are the best
