heat strokes a killer simple as that if its not spotted soon enough, usual symptoms are panting like a dog listlessness & generally floppy , all you can do is remove the effected ferrets /s and gently cool them down in some water & make sure they drink, ferrets dont sweat & the heats litterly cooking there brains
