Any plywood will be ok for a birdbox Kay, have a look on the RSPB site, think they have plans for birdboxes. Nice one never thought of that

had a beautifull walk in the woods earlier with the old man & took these pics not as clear as i would have hoped for but not to bad just had a fiddle with some different looks on this one

polecat mits have ruby eyes a mit is a ferret with white toes or feet it usually has a white patch on its head and white dots on the inside of its legs when you hold it up

It depends greatly on the jill if she objects to you going in the nest box then i wouldnt bother her

A member on the site has very kindly offered me a box & i am going to pay the postage , so i will make a bird nest box instead as its a smaller project to have a go at Thanks for the info , shall i use marine ply wood for a bird box or thicker wood ?

I do the same now stuff i walked past a year ago i now spot but its a good cheap hobby once you brought your camera , week clicking & posting your pics i love looking at folks work

I cant get on with it , the close up bits rubbish you have to be 7 inch away to get the focus , i like the other one for macro stuff

hi mate where are you located i have a couple of cages you can have if you live anywhere near northampton they were made 2 weeks ago but made another bigger one I am miles away from you in Staffordshire but thanks for the offer much appreciated

Is that usually in sheets ? yes kay but if you go to b&q thay can cut it for you So what roughly in dimentions would be ok for 2 jills (box size)
