you can get wood shavings from any pet shop its not that bad whats a few quid for your ferrets Hi afriend of mine ownes a wood shaving/sawdust company, will see if they can do it cheeper.

Another idea that I use quite a lot is to joint the pheasants and put them in a pan, pour either sloe gin or sloe cider over them and cook slowley, very tasty but quite potent.

Yes 2 springers, one liver and white and one black and white, just trying to get the youngest used to a whistle, got brave last week and took them both out toether in the snow, made mistake of wearing riding boots and was as slippy as hell, all as my neighbour saw was me slidding along the ground hair half out of pony tail lol

Hi Just seen your pic with your dog in the local paper, a friend of mine had his dog stolen before Christmas but was not as fortunate as yourself, looks a lovely dog.

Am so pleased to hear you have had your dogs back, really dont know what Id do if I ever lost my springers or had them stolen, probably not go to work until I found them. It must be so devistating, I know i would be. Congratulations on their return.
