    It always makes me laugh when lads poach and say they ed kill anyone that stops them etc etc Then years later when they've grown up and got their own permission and the catch lads poaching their ground and they go ape shit about it ,going kill them etc etc To me it double standards and is bullshit bill88 you say your annoyed when you catch lad's wandering around YOUR permission well ,can you imagine how annoyed you would be if your job and house, kids future

    referring to the last part of post the law on ian b bit seem to state you can't dig to the fox until the dog has come out, but you can dig if the dog is trapped i still don't quite get it Quite simple if the dog does'nt come out after 20-30 minutes of being in the same spot, then for the welfare of the terrier you have to believe he is trapped, meaning you can dig down and retrieve your terrie Thank you for a helpful and positive reply i

    Looking at the law regarding terriers how can you dig a fox out when/if the terrier has left the earth ??the fox will just move to another part of the earth what do you do then dig again and again ?? and destroy the earth ?and even if the terrier is soft what if it wont come away?? just wanting to remain within the law assuming it wont bolt that is
