iv ended up buying two sheep to make sure my dogs are stockbroke -
leave her off the lead while setting nets will also teach her to respect them,will be a pain for a while but a good lesson

thanks for all positive wishes especially for the offer of ferrets its much appretiated ,iv got plenty of access to more ferrets but whats the point in getting them untill iv sorted the problem,added 2 more cameras and 4 more cencor lights .70 hemp and poly nets were taken, 21 brand new red ones ,15 yellow with red draw cord i made myself and the rest were hemp.

last nov had my dog stolen ,came back from lamping this evening to find my ferrets ,nets ,box and my old lamp gone had enough now feel like getting rid of dogs and packing up

if you can cast 200 yrds into a gale force wind, dungeness power station is good .dover admiralty pier but you wont hold bottom when tide pulls ,deal pier but again youve got to cast 200 yds from the bottom deck straight out you can hold bottom for a bit longer into tide,the best place would be folkstone pier if its still open?you can hold bottom right through tide, chance of a conger aswell

thanks for all the replys .never lamp from vehicle , if the beam isnt much different i think the striker will do me.i will be gutted if i get the striker and then wish i had the blitz,lol.

Oh i it does ur head in trying to lamp with 2 dogs on slips. Using variable is no different to just lamping mate u uase ur thumb. cheers mate if you can use your thumb it wont be a prob ,definately variable then, just need to decide on striker or blitz now.lol

thanks for the advice but im going to keep the lance as a spare so dont want to alter it

looking at ianhodgefieldsports and it says the striker with 17ah batt lasts 4.5 hrs and the blitz with 17ah lasts 7 hrs dosent make sense to me is this wrong?

thanks for replys cant decide now looks like its 50/50, variable might be too awkward to use as i have 2 dogs on slips?is it a twist knob on back of lamp?

ordering a new lamp in next couple of days just wondering pros and cons of blitz and striker .already use the lance 140 cheers neil.

Thats a silly thing to say explain why that is a silly thing to say,maybe i should have said prooven to me what she can do in the field ,but thats the only person she has anything to proove to anyway ,lets just say im happy how shes comming on then if it makes you all happy.

my bitch from vicki ,yes she breeds loads of litters ,prob only from show and simulated stuff but my bitch has done everything iv asked of her and some more at only 16 months .deffinately proven in the field.
