    i've just gone back to making up there feed aldi beans cheap frozen peas, or any veg on offer, cheap sardines , and i buy a large bag of rice,and frozen mince http://www.prizechoice.co.uk/ the rice mixed with mince is the main stay, with veg which as been blended with the beans, and i get sheeps heads and necks off a mate every so often http://www.ukbarfclub.co.uk/

    i went on the patches , first time i've tried to pack in was smoking 29 years ,about 70g a week, plus others lol.. was on the patches for about 6 weeks 24 mg at first then 15 and then 4mg just cause i could get them from the pound shop lol, i didn't noice the wight gain until 3 weeks ago, now i've gone up a jean size lol.. all i know is i'll not start again ...not going though this shit ever again

    i packed in smoking about 3 months ago , and i'm getting fatter by the week, i used to have the munchies before but is mad lol anyone else packed in, is it the same .. or someone who packed ages ago who can say nice things like the weight will come off lol ooopppps posting in wrong place lol

    who,s judging the terriers. i dont actually show dogs myself but if i,m going to a show i like to know if the judge is a working man Well if you turn up you'll find out , as you said you don't show your dogs and i've told you he's keeps workers and i don't give peoples names out over the net ...

    Millet, this is what was wrong with my bitch the milk in the bottoms ones had started to turn in to cheese , my vet is a horse and cow man lol so he told draw some off , and give her a jab of penicillin,it worked they have gone soft, but its seem as if those two have dreid up !!!
