    Yes charpolski I've only had him out a few nights nothing hard just a bit worried he has started thinking it's not worth his while cos he is quite a smart dog for working things out escape artist

    Can't understand dog will chase and catch in middle of field but anything close to hedge he tries to stalk then not interested only just started to happen he is around 15 month old

    Don't be mad mate I have a 3 month baby it gets easier you may regret it I just walk dogs later and make time at weekend and if wife moans just grab dogs tell her your taking them for walk and go straight to local pub with them but like I say it gets easier good luck

Pre ban at organised deerhound coursing I witnessed deerhounds that wouldnt run a hare that lifted in front of them, or ones that were running so half heartedly it was un-reasl, then, there were the propper workers.     To be fair I walk to gate tell him to stay climb over and then he follows he is a 14 month f1 deer grey and each time I've done it with out lead he just charges around field so I find this approach easier he is very obedent untilll he has something to chase then don't listen to nowt

    Where it is there are loads of brambles just easier .I climb over gate then he jumps it keep him on lead so I have control of him his first season so it's what I do any advise welcome

    Like the others say not all tall my dog is about 29tts and very long back ideal just what I wanted even if mates say to big when running big fields with long hills that long stride starts to show but can also pick up odd rabbit, like I say just what I wanted

    I have doxhope first cross tall but still light weight I very happy with him coming on nice Asha on here has a nice sounding litter coming up first cross doxhope x greyhound so should knock the size down
