  1. Mine is a cracking dog to have around , brilliant with the family good with other dogs and keen as mustard on rabbits an rats ! Loves lure coursing keener than most other terriers at the shows , but does make alot of noise at the shows but not in the field. Down side is if she puts her nose down she's gone an only comes back when she's ready , always comes back but not when you call her. To be fair I got her at nearly 2 so I'd like to think if I had her from a pup she would of been different. She got diagnosed with cancer an the vet said she's only got a couple of months left but you wouldn't
  2. As long as you put your own oil mix in ,not the liquid fog that comes with it, I think mines ok. I put a 2 stroke, brake fluid baby oil mix through it .
  3. The one on the Lurcher is 1an a half inch mate. An believe it or not she was actually in Oliver at the local theatre !! A true working dog >>>>LOL.
  4. A few of the dogs in there new Collars made by the Gaffer , cheers there quality ! Thanks for looking.
  5. Only ever seen it once with Rotties bred as bob tails ???
  6. I've not long been given one, shes 10 month old now , but she's got a bit of beddy in her. her best bag so far is 4 rabbits a rat an a mouse ! well chuffed with her , i find mine really easy to train but very sensitive to had to change my whole aproach to training from my other dogs.
  7. I use a springer to take mine out there more expensive at about £50, but even my Rot cant pull me off the bike no matter how hard he tries !
  8. Have a look on ebay at the cree torches ! I've got three an they are BRIGHT , 1400 lumens zoomable an only £26 ! job done . Even the 700 lumens is very very bright , well worth the money an there re chargable battery lasts about a week on constant !
  9. I know someone who did his rottie pups with a cigar cutter.
  10. When I rehomed my bull terrier she didn't have a season for just over a year, so when I looked into it i found it can be because of loads of things ,diet, stress so on,turned out fine in the end now she is regular! hope this helps.
  11. I let mine pull like mad to get his excitement out then slow it to a trot. Works well for me.
  12. Nice to see working beddy's !!!!!
  13. Tried that with my Rottie, by the time i climbed the fence he jumped he had peeled a sheep of the back off the herd an had it by the the throat on the floor. It lived by the way, I got to it in time, but it was impressive an scary all at once , prey drive just kicked in just like that been mad on anything that moves since rabbits, cows, sheep, cats, pain in the ass, limits the places you can walk them he was fine before then, so wanna get it spot on this time.
  14. yea, I was thinking that might be to simple , but if it works it works. Happy days.
  15. Hi , i was just wondering what people thought was the best way to stock break a terrier? I am thinking of getting a new pup an was wondering what is the easiest way. My gsd was easy to do i let him sniff a few cows and sheep when he was a pup an he has never bothered with them since , but my Bull terrier on the other hand ,although I haven't had her from a pup to put in the work early , I think there is no chance of doing it now at the age of 4. So with the next pup which will hopefully be a plummer or patterdale i want to get it right from the off ! thanks.
