    Just keep her well fed and handled as much as possible and she should come round if she's a young 1,i had 2 from the local market about a month or so ago and i was ready neck 1 of em it nipped so much,but i kept my cool and she's turned out ok now,these are the 1st ferrets i've kept since i was a teenager and i'm 38 soon,so i know where you're coming from, just be patient with her.

    I've got a fox problem around my chicken sheds, i've seen charlie a couple of times but he doesn't respond to calls,so i cant get him in close enough to shoot as i only have air rifles,so i want to to catch him in a trap,but i've never made 1,has anyone in the stoke area got 1 i could borrow or can anyone tell me how to make 1?

    I wouldn't of believed this until i tried it,just rub them gently with the end of your finger in a clockwise motion for about a minute and they just fall off.

    I've had the same problem with a patt dog and my old lurcher dog,had the patt from a pup and he was fine at first,but seems as soon as his balls dropped he was mental for it,it got so bad in the end i keep the lurcher at the mrs house,the patt was making a mess of the lurchers front legs to often and i had a couple of vet bills totaling £400,keep them seperate or get rid of 1.

    Thanks for the advice folks,put them all in the run yesterday afternoon and they get along fine,even when when i chucked a freshly shot magpie in to them they didnt quarrel.

    Hi folks,i could do with stopping my old dog barking,he's becoming a real pain in the arse for it,neighbours are on to me,can't leave him at home in the day or he barks all day and he was barking last night now too,had him from a pup and he's still in pretty good health for 13,so no shooting him suggestions please,but any good advice or any humane device to stop the barking would be appreciated.

    My old lurcher is 12-13yrs old,he'sbeen a good dog and faithful companion,but just lately has taken to barking all day when i'm out at work,i've started taking him with me and leaving him in the van and he's fine then,but i can't always take him with me and the neighbours are complaining, any advice?
