Once you have ferreted a set how long do you leave it before you ferret the same set again? Do rabbits abandon the set for a while after it has been ferreted? Can the rabbits smell ferret down the hole? Cheers Will

Thought it was a pretty good day. Met my dogs brother who was looking in great nick. Did anyone see that lady walking that ferret on a lead. How stupid was she. Luckily the terrier that grabbed it and ragged it didnt kill it.

Hi there, at school we are starting too choose what too do for work placement. I would really like too do something to do with country sports but don't think I could find anywhere? Soo I was considering work experience on a farm Or Horse stables. Has any one done this or has anyone had students doing work experience on there farm or stables? Thanks in advance. Will

Well after a while of my best mate Joe coming out with me and my dogs, he finally persuaded his mum to let him have a ferret. So we looked through alot of places looking for some local, and finally we found some. So we took the 20 minute drive , looked at the ferrets picked up the polecat jill he liked. She climbed up his shirt and grabbed ahold of his cheek. So we took that one. Here she is..........

I really do like that Malinois were did the name malinois come from In 1891, a professor named Adolphe Reul took on the study of the Belgian breeds, and he discovered that there were several dogs of the same manner, but with differing coat colour and type. He grouped them together as Belgian shepherds. The one with a short coat became known as the Belgian Malinois, because it was believed to have been developed in and around the region known as Malines.

Chase Strikes again. Walking chase early this morning when we saw a few rabbits. He ran at one an had a good run on it before snatching it up.

Was up the farm with Chase and my mate Joe, When we spotted a rabbit the dog also saw it and took off after it. He ran it down the fence line and it was just about to go under the fence when the dog grabbed hold of it. Was very proud of him and had a good bit of fun skinning and gutting our first rabbit. I Then sewed the skin onto a training dummy and am leaving it too dry now.
