it was a good day out working with barry and his fluffy hunters defo do it again he is a nice bloke who no's what hes doing. just a shame it was to overgrown to work. but had enought to feed the ferrets so they where pleased. thanks again barry learnt alot good advice.

you need to get a closer grouping than that mate head shots will drop him no prob try a pcp rifle at your local shop it might be time for an upgrade. all the best mate

hi all sorry to be a pest but its coming up to season and really could do with a bit of time with somone who can teach me the basics of ferreting before i go out alone. if time could be givin it would help me out a lot im in coventry so could do with it being near to hear many thanks andy.

thats what i thought. there is a bigger market for a 12lb than there is with a 40lb that needs a licence. thanks for the advice mate

well in the end i went for a gamo shadow with a 3-9-40 ags scope im impressed with it its more powerfull than i thought it would be and not to bad on the target side of things. the price was £130 new. lets hope it stays dry the rats are going to taste lead tonight. thanks for all the imput

morning mate the hw40 is a single stroke penumatic looks the dog and is maid realy well i looked at one last night u can pick one up for about £110-£140 not a bad price for a nice gun

ye seen them they look cool but just wonder about the price of the shot you would use a lot on a day out. but it would do a nice messy kill.

morning all mannage to get out last night it was dry for the first time in 8 days shit weather. hit the fileds and only seen 2 rabbits 1 i hit the other legged it (lucky) so then moved to the barns and got two rats but my set up is just to big for close range shooting can anyone recomend a good ratter thats not co2. bit of a bad night but the ferrets where pleased with there rabbit lunch.
