  9. my old man lost a good bitch many years ago when she was doubled up with 1 of her pups, she turned 2 pick the rabbit up and the pup ran straight into her breaking her back. id say with inexperianced dogs ther'd be more risk of injury.
  10. i kept 3 back, 2 bitches and this dog. the 2 bitches made decent rabbiters, he's more 4 the big ears and does the odd roe. there was 2 more dogs, 1 went to bedford and 1 to stoke both blue and tan in colour, never found out how they got on!

  12. since that first rabbit i caught in a net when i was 6, i was hooked. then that first lampin trip when i actualy seen the dogs run i was amazed, it was a big part of family life for me, with my grandad,dad, uncle and my cousins all into it. i was tought to respect quarry and respect the land you run. since i got me own dog and lamp at 15 ive not stopped, now at 30 im as mad as ever for it.... love it with a passion.

  14. CUSHY I TRY TO KEEP NOTE OF BREEDING ETC. SOME DETAILS I MAY NOT HAVE RECORDED 100% CORRECTLY MATE. THERE ARE MEN ON HERE THAT HAVE MORE INFO. TRY THE SEAGULL POST FOR BETTER INFO.   15. lost a pup at the beggining of the season, he was showin some good potential. Went into a dyke and never came out.. proper downer it was, but you pick urself up and move on! got a pup outa khan for next season, so hope i have better luck with him. atb.

  17. been out with this dog alot and hes we,ll worth 100 pound, woundnt get a decent pup for that money! if i had the room id take him on myself.

  19. ive got the 750,000 mate and its a good old lamp, had years now and borrowed it my friend 4 the bigger fields, got the striker but on some nites i wish i had that.. its as good as the blitz just without the filters.
