There is no simple answer, let me try and cover it quickly and as simply as possible. First off I do not know this pellet but it is VERY heavy for a .177. Actually it's heavy for a .22 as well. In an air rifle the GUN provides the power, conventionally up to 12ft lb, whatever pellet you put in will effect this power to a small extent as pellet weight, shape, BC all have an effect on the efficiency of the pellet to carry energy!! In a cartridge rifle/shotgun the cartridge itself provides the power not the gun, and there can be some VERY wide differences in power in the same rifle.

If you want the best of both worlds go for .177 heavy pellets more knock down, lighter pellets flatter shooting.

Anyone used pile driver pellets 21 grain .177 on game 12ftp. What range would you you get using pile driver pellets? would they have the impact of a .22 pellets being heavier weight but smaller diameter?. my rifle is a hw100t 11.75 ftp with bisley mags.

if you want more knock down power in .177 just use heavier pellets 10 and 11 grain pcp only.

.177 all the way get a flerter (catapult) if you want a .22 mate .177 hw100t gives 110 shot per fill, .22 hw100t 125 shots, .22 s410 around 60 shots per fill, .177 s410 maybe 40 shots. .177 shoot alot further and flatter than a .22 and you can only shoot .177 at gun clubs, ft shooting as well .177 around 800 feet per second, .22 around 500 to 600 feet a second. hope this helps Hmmmm . . . . . I definately get a lot more than 40 shots from one fill with the S310 in .177 cal.? Once the cylinder is filled (to 180 bar) and ready to go, i fire off 70 shots before i need to fill
