All over the third world and developing countries there's rivers and lakes dead, bubbling with gases, the only thing that can survive are mozzie larva and even they struggle, I have even seen areas of the sea that were dead, the sea is a black/grey as you fly in.

We are on about the world max, the thread title begins with "Worlds...." rubbish and filthy conditions are lack of education and an uneducated mindset.

I actually made a video about that this morning, come to ottawa, walk around, show me plastic, paper, fly-tipping anywhere? The streets are spotless, sterile, its education, total contrast to places like India where the mindset is dump your litter on the pavement, waste ground, river, your neighbours garden if they ain't looking.

Australian scientists put the perfect population level at two billion if people want an American level middle-class lifestyle, the earth can support more, but the average person in the third world or developing countries, even in the first world developed countries wants upward mobility, its a human trait, I was in Bhutan a few years ago, the happiest country on the planet apparently, paradise, but I spoke to people who wanted to live in the States.

Not 50 years, eighty years, I actually know a genuine demographer (Canada has the best educated population on the face of the planet), he talked me through education=falling birthrates and all the schmazzle, I was way out of my depth, but stats according to him show falling birthrates worldwide from 2100, I can't remember all of the figures as thankfully I will be dust by then.

No need to preach to me max, I have seen it first hand, but western population really is dropping, lessons learnt, its Asia and Africans taking it over the edge, Thailand is actually dropping despite being a developing and not first world country, they are actually trying to encourage people to have more kids.

Yup, there was a knock on effect as well, it led to 30 million Chinese men having no wives, all that sexual tension and no outlet, there used to be (maybe still is) kidnap gangs grabbing women in Vietnam and selling them as wives in China.
