So as a freebie i got this SMK XS-36 with a 3-9x40 scope And he chonoed it at 11.7 ft lb before i went home Its the top gun Im gona take the sights of and use the iron sights as i think there better for rats an ferral pigeons

Befor you start thinking abought putting out snares think obought how your gona kill the thing if you havnt snared it perfectly because i think at point blank your air gun would do it but i would recomend shotgun or rimfire even a captive bolt gun as you dont need a lisence
