inbreeding i havent a clue about smithfields jeff burrall etc but if lads say they the same as 30 year ago they must be breeding to type? i mentioned coursing breds for a rise and truth is there the most linebred dogs breeding to type with so many that have similar blood there is about lads dont need to inbreed heavy they can linebreed left right and center

is it not easier to have ten lines all from the same family tree to choose distant relative and just outcross now and again when needed rather then inbreed tight animals and outcross inbreed outcross ?

if you would a had anything coursing bred or pure that was half descent you’d know you go out you want it on a lead unless it’s dark or you want things killed you can’t just walk em off the lead we’re ever or you will be in the bother they quater up a field and be on something not to mention hunt up with nose in cover they only have hunt mode unless it’s an overweight pet that has as much preydrive as a vegan ?

i’m sat here creased up myself ? we have a serious dog man running a half kelpie ? rio hog who’s old so gets credit for still been out but i’ve had 12 month old pups stopped more daytime hares then his last 3 dogs put together there full lives ? mans fireman who thinks breeding mother son is linebreeding ?

linebreeding from a small pool a dogs will result in lads inbreeding father daughter brother sister and throwing nothing but culls mate ? linebreeding i thought was breeding distant relatives and outcrossing to say a pure every so often then back into the line because without outcrossing the line will become inbred even breeding distant relatives it would be like breeding brother sister after so long you don’t want the issues this will bring ?
