    Dont know about where to go now for a dxg, but if I was looking for a pure working deerhound, (to maybe produce something special dxg wise in the future) there has been a bitch mated very recently, and the pups would be worth a look at..Take heed you Irish lads with deerhounds, because something from this mating would go very well with whats over your end at the minute, very well indeed. tanks doxhope always looking for new working blood over here gene pool is tight when u cut out the 35 inch trash ive just mated my bitch last week she is out of 1 of the last u bred i think doxhope hylda

    hi irish didnt have camera good enough have one for dis season roan might have some on his phone ill find out but i dont bullshit bout my dogs if there not good enough i dont pass them on or breed from them the bitch is fast and hard on all quarry the had an injury since he was a pup he was dat bit slower 100% genuine on all game over r under ground

    cheers ooty i know where your coming from i have lurchers aswell cant beat a good un but to work pure bred deerhounds is super u have to be into them the rougher the land the better its not 4 da money havent bred alitter in 4 years have to now as dog is 8 & i only have a first off him

    well jigsaw i finaly got to the computer lads these deerhounds 100% working strong doxhope lines on both sides im keeping a pair and there is 2 pre booked if your into deerhounds these wont let you down

    deerhound x make great all rounders i breed and work deerhounds and deerhound hybrids plenty pace for hare up to 2 mins r so they got a brain great eyes and feet i use the ghound as the dam and make sure the deerh is working bred dog my bitch is 27 tts her brother is 28 both have a good strike on all quarry big r small good luck wit your search

    dawnraider i had a similar bitch a few years back 55lb 10 out 10 bunnies on lamp & retreived also out of steam after that though ran her on hare aswell last about 1 min got the odd one but alas the rough ground got the better of her she smashed her leg gud luck wit your one

I've witnessed a similar scenario when a Bedouin trotted past me in the Sahara,...his Saluki was a few steps in front of him,...what a fecking sight,...I only wish I could of straightened up and spoken to him... Sadly,.at the time ,.I was hunched down behind a sand dune,....luckily the guy on the camel was a true gent,..and wisely looked away.... AS for Scottish Deerhounds,... Is there any better looking type of running dog..... My old Deerhound hybrid,.Lucy',...was a great help to me in the early days,.in fact,.she paid the Mortgage Beautiful images Roan,...lets

    Did Joe Joyce from Mullanger breed it? yes i think so coursing ghound to a p hamell bred dog may suit me small rough fields ? The P Hammel dog is bred out of Captain (gazzaxspindles) to a lurcher bitch, Edited to add it was Joe Joice who bred them out of a coursing greyhound Bolio. cheers miles u sure know your saluki blood lines im a deerhound man first saluki x cant wait for season ill keep u posted
