    Am I right in thinking that the AH (12v 7ah) means the amount of life you get out of the battery? Ie 7ah running out before a 10ah. Reason I'm asking is my battery just ran out half way through lamping this evening!!!

    Yeh funny that, but what are you doing phoning up a random lurcher when you don't know the breeder or the cross? And what has it got to do with the sellers pup on this tread? To answer your first question, I rang it because the woman was asking 250 notes for it so was intrigued to know what was so special about it to fetch that price, and secondly nothing some bloke asked what cross it was and it popped in my head what happened that day.     Ahh that was a dog I owned years back, whippet saluki and god knows what else. Totally useless thickest dog I've ever seen. Used to run up to the sitters stop and watch them run off lol couldn't believe it

    Why a collie bull whippet? Can't see that being any good on bunnys, not quick enough and too heavy. Beddy whippet, beddy whippet grey, even pure whippet, coliie grey, beddy grey, why have something with bull in it for bunnys? Plenty of fire in a bedlington. But that's just my opinion pal

    Firstly my ten month pups recall is great when out BUT as soon as she sees a bunny it goes to shit! she takes a min or 2 to come back no matter how many times I whistle or call, how can I remedy this as like I said her recalls good otherwise so can't think of anything else I can do. Secondly I think a few bunnys round my way are a little lamp shy, would a red filter help?? Or some other colour never used filters before see. Cheers

    Yeah thing is she's fine with recall it's just when shes on a bunny that she buggers off so don't see how going back to basics can fix that?? I go our with her without bunnys she comes back straight away, what else can you do?! It aint missing them that's bothering me it's waiting for the fecking thing to come back after being on one. Any others are long gone by the time she finally gets back. Frustrates me more than her. Yeah I'll put her on a couple easy ones in few weeks

    Just got back from taking dog out, thought I'd take lamp with me as there was a few about couple nights back, took the ten month pup, she's seen a couple of rabbits recently in lamp but nothing caught, any how had 3 squatters tonight and a good run on another and drew a blank!! Plus to make matters worse she let out a bark on two of them and wouldn't disappeared on both runs and would not come back for min or 2! Normally her recalls fine. f*****g gutted isn't the word stopped by pub to drown me sorrows

    I asked some bird on the blower this morning who was advertising a lurcher pup what cross it was she said "it isn't a cross it's a pure lurcher" I just hung up

    This dog was up for sale just over a month ago, don't see how you haven't sold It offering a trial and being a hundred notes. Don't seem right...? If I had the room and lived within resonable distance I'd be takin you up on this trial like a rocket!!
