    Plenty of work in the Finance Sector , building trade slowed down , no foxes or badgers , hares yes both blue and brown , rabbits a plenty , have good lampin/ferretin but nothin beats gettin over to the uk and out with Hound's to be honest , Quids inn , not a pub i ever used , aint had a drink here for well over 5yrs though have a good drink when i go away Gone To Earth will confirm this , Craig E Boy im proper MANX not fake Manc's fella

    watch yourself its still legal to kill a scot there if hes wearing a kilt Often heard this being said , though its an urban myth...... well i think it is . We where still sentencing people to Death until early 90s , Judge Donned the Black Cap when he was sentencing i kid you not , though they where always later commuted to life by the Home Office !

    Bosun , the bounty was 35pence a tail when work was a bit tight so it was handy , who was the lad from your area, unreal the numbers at the time , thats when say on here lads had 100 a night , people wont have it , but they did on numerous occasions , but never mind , there is a surge in rabbit population this summer , we always have plenty but a lot more than normal , so will have some fun this winter lamping/ferreting . Jimmy K, the Liverpool bloke mentioned in the first Plummer book. he lives in a nice spot , his friend mr Georgie L , was here today judging local terrier/lurche

    Certainly a fine looking place....somewhere ive never been or paid much attention to really and i love a nice bit of scenery as well.....whats the situation there as regards,erm....darkies,pakies,poles etc ? Might have a visit in the not too distant future. Few poles here Gnash , few black lads who are spot on , dont see many paki's , and DEFINETLY NO MUSLIM FECKER'S DEMANDING ALL SORTS ....................................................... YET ! i use to love going to London , havent been for a while , though think you would enjoy the change of scenery/life here mate

    dont understand what you mean about occupation mate , ive been to a few places , Europe , America , but the 1 place ive always fancied is China . meant during the war.wasnt the iom occupied by the germans,or was that guernsey? Sorry mate , yes they where here in camps and well looked after, they where Germans who lived in england as war broke out so shipped here for there own safety/our safety, they apparently where spot on , no trouble and they worked on farms ect , we had polish here as well , think some off there Grand children have come here to visit the places they where and fo

    Alright mate, about ,000 live here mate , the main work is in the finance sector , though i work in the building trade (painter & decorator)use to be the main holiday destination until the 70s for the U.K. and the island was geared to it , though now i wouldnt recommend it too young families but it is a beautiful place STUNNING countryside to rival anywhere , maybe a bit biased but like going for a holiday but wouldnt live anywhere else in the world to be honest, most people have traveled , though older generation like farmers ect , dont leave there village/area they live in unless they ha

    there just so happens to be a zoo on dunstable downs so not to hard to figure where they from Not talkin about where there from , my opinion is no need to say exacly where certain things are .

  21. Thats the cut off point Stabba , think the top lads (all just local lads/women) do it 16 to 20 hrs , some going and not for me either , if there aint a dog/dogs with me i have no heart to walk 85ft , but when out with my dogs i can put a good few miles in .
  22. Hahaha, dont think anyone has ever completed the 85 miles and had a drink in every pub , could be a challenge for a few , though you would need the Drinkin capabilitie's off George Best AND Oliver Reed and have the staminia off a Mount Everest explorer !

Been out with a few pack's as G.T.E said once your exepted (not class exepted, exepted as bein there for the right reason)ive found people spot on , where the rich rub shoulders with the workin class , ive had some terrific days out with hounds from the Lake District to South Wales and met some really good people .
