  3. to be fair at 60 pounds a pup your not doing it for the money. the fact is the old boy has got a couple of cracking lurchers and thought hed breed from them. ive bought one myself and this time next year i know i'll have a pot filler more suited to my needs. the trouble we got down here is we are far away thats why theyre low priced .im sure if he wanted to make money hed write a book Touche' i said it with a bit of tounge and cheek , as i have bought one of the books which i did enjoy . think im owed an apology being hailed as a puppy pedler though . not everyone on here is
  4. good luck with your pup. IM GOING TO GO UP TO NORMS TOMORROW , AND TAKE SOME BETTER PICTURES OF THE REMAINING PUPS
  5. sounds like a good lil dog to me. you sound lucky with the amount of rabbits you got to run. me personally i' d run any dog on the lamp. when i didnt have a lurcher id run my 14tts jack . ive seen some lurchers do worse .
  6. cracking looking pups . how many in the litter?
  7. i suppose feet , less prone to injury , the cold ,depending on coat. stamina ,brains . it depends what cross your up against . theres a lack of rabbits down with us and my mate runs a couple of whippets so they dont get overrun down this end and do well on what we got . i wonder how theyed fair where people are luck enough to get say 20-30 runs on the lamp though 4 or 5 nights a week

  18. thought id throw this out on here as ive had a few replys in the forsale section .as i have said earlier things are very slow on the pups front this year. im sure if id have put these pups up last year theyd have gone quick and people would have been left dissapointed. its not just me im sure. people have put pups on here from theyre full litter at low prices to ensure homes to go to . im talking 50-60 pounds a pup . thats rediculous. you wont make a bean at that price. i wonder if anyone selling at 150-200 is finding homes?
  19. cheers , i just cant beleive it either . im sure last year theyd have all gone . must be credit crunch. even the dogs allready working in the middle of the season dont seem to be going. i treid last year to buy one and i had a hell of a job they were gone. i think these are cheap enough at 60 bucks though i think you hit the nail on the head mate, but yes.. 60 sheets is very fair price! even my mate thats got a litter of pups at moment is having trouble shifting his litter at only £50 a pup! shocking! all the best mate Same here, got a litter and they just not shifting. 3 dogs
