    I am putting together a trip to the the bijagos islands { fly in via the gambia } in march 09. We have just returned and had fantastic popper fishing for Jacks and leerfish ,plus a few snappers. Tarpon to 85kg on baits , cobia , sharks and Barracuda till we got bored of them. 27 species for the week. It will be 10 days and we will be mostly boat fishing , although we will have a couple of days walking the beaches and sandbars .     ive had mine 3 seasons ,digging 3- 4 days a week still in good nick,if you do order from us ask them to be sent by usps(less chance of getting import tax etc)but even with import taxes are still great value UK price 220 - 240 quid size 13uk = size 14 US
