Serious post back, you're mistaking me for someone else, I'm in very decent nick for my age, I've put in graft since the age of 18 that would see most people quitting within a few weeks, fact, I've seen men wave the white flag, they couldn't handle it. Don't believe me, go and try digging through ballast, it makes coal feel like sugar. I've always had great genetics and a strong work ethic, you were a machine, I'm still one at 40+.

No comparison overhand wide grip pull-ups to underhand, the latter is more of a bicep exercise. I've never been particularly great at wide grip pull-ups as I've got thick set legs, the lads with no arses and drainpipes for legs find them much easier.
