  1. When you have a client base you could buy a guard sheep and they will lap it up. Are you talking about that fella from down south? A few year ago he had some CAO's, they looked very poor specimens, more gangly than Rodney Trotter.
  2. I've got a pet goldfish that I see at the weekends. What lurcher do you have buddy?
  3. That's why I mentioned your name mate. Lol
  4. Haven't got time for a Juckel, what dogs do you have buddy?
  5. Some easy reading to relax in my office this evening.
  6. It looked a nice type, imagine it had the running ability to make a good dog if it was right about it taking the stick as well.
  7. I'm sure I heard it was off a Reid dog, I wise move anyway because they were known for their wind and gameness.
  8. Was that Pye bull cross meant to be off Scotsman's Max, that Reid bred dog?
  9. He wasn't bothered about that, just about the kill for him and numbers.
  10. And yes, it's impressive finding a dog that can kill critters that don't die but when you consider the size of the animals with heads like a skip is it really all that.
  11. That's what you get when you have unfit dogs built like cart horses, his motor did more work than the dog.
  12. Not a fan of his style but it was a dog called Stan or a pup of his that I saw and it certainty didn't need doubling up on teeth. Obviously that doesn't mean his first dog wasn't well bred, it's just nobody knows how it's bred.
  13. And I've seen bull lurchers take teeth with questionable breeding, I take it you have heard of the dogs Rhys bred from near me, who knows the breeding of his foundation dog, I've lamped with him and I think it's a different story depending on who he's talking to.
  14. You don't need fast lane bulldogs to beer with to take teeth as well, over the pond what do you usually think they use for hog work, it usually ain't dogs from grand champions.
  15. Yes, ideally you would choose the best bulldog available but it's clear fast line bulldogs aren't always needed.
  16. That's obviously desirable but how good a bulldog is actually needed?
  17. No, it was bred for the box, obviously many have been used for those tasks though.
  18. So, what are they bred to do, man work? I'm all for having a dog that can protect the roost but dogs are natural guards anyway, can't see the fascination with rearing them to be manstoppers unless of course you do it for a business.
  19. Unless you're El Chapo or do legit protection work what's the point of em?
  20. These don't mess about do they, sharks just don't stand a chance.
