  4. Hi every one As the comp starts Monday thought I better go out and get some practice in!, I was up at 5:00am to make some of my famous corndog and mustard sarnies & a flask of coffee. Chaz picked me up @ 6:00am and we headed of to east hanney just passed wantage, where we have some horse paddocks to look after! i do prefer day shooting,as we all know this time of year is gunna be rare! On our arrival we seen so many wood pigeons, and thought YES! this may be a productive day, once we had a quick look through the binos and got set up. I went over to the south side of the paddock

  16. thanks lads, for the comments hi andyz you can use it,but you have to have the lamp on for a while to range it ,as the reading is not illuminated.and when doing that the bunnys tend to leg it,so thats a i tink its me i dont do enough lamping and also its early days yet,so just this season nerves me tinks regards davy

  20. Hi every one After going over to a new paddock on Sunday, and doing a bit of a recky. We only seen a few out and decided to come back another time and give the lamping a go. As this paddock is not that big, so not much room for stalking. And absolutely no cover at all. So of we set @ 6:30pm this evening and got there about 7:00pm, as we got to the paddock fence, I had a quick flick with the cluson lite to see if any were out. And there were 5 out, so I opened the gate for chaz to go through in the hilux and we parked up in the middle of the paddock as it was a cloudy evening. Once we
