  4. dont beat about the bush wag say what you think.
  5. jasper you must have some time on your hands at the moment as you do write some looooooooooong posts mate. its a shame your post has been hijacked, but some of it has made for interesting reading. scotish daz, if i was you mate i would just do as my mentor (if you had one) told me,by that i mean if he says p/r go that way, if he says imprint then go that way. to me imprint, p/r, large, or small, whatever each to there own.at the end of the day they are both undoubtubly excelent at there job.and as jasper has said the same bird just reared differently. thanks DAZ.

  8. thanks for your imput millet, but would you not think incedents like the ones you mentioned were down to to incroect handeling in the early stages.ie more to do with the handler than the bird??? thanks daz ps sorry jasper if it seems like ive hijacked your thread
  9. Jasper what can i say, a interesting read that thankyou for you views and the time it took you to write.ive done loads of homework if you like to call it that on the hh&rt, even managed to get out with lads with them, but very little on the gos, up to now that is.i have spoke to two very experienced blokes on different occasions. so i wont insult you by giving any of my uneducated views, other than it seems to me that they are almost like two different species the p/r and imprint gos that is. thanks again Daz
  10. jasper, can you tell me mate why you like the p/r gos over the imprint.i understand you said you like the old school and hats off to you. just intrested in your views mate. thanks daz
