Is it safe to start taking a pup to public places after its 1st course of jabs or is it worth waiting till after the boosters as advised by vets. Cheers boys

Well after a 10 hour round journey u finally found a pup, Welcome home Stan. 6.5 weeks old 1/4 bull 3/4 greyhound. Got to meet the sire and bitch and will put up a picture of the sire. Stunning dog at 29" and superb temperament which put my mind at ease with having young kids.

Thanks for the offer Penda. I've got some kind of idea what I'd like this time and will wait for the right one instead of rushing into it. If it takes me 2-3 months well so be it.

Cheers poxon, great advice there. I promised myself the next lurcher I had would have bull in it but not half cross, be too much of a dog for me. Would be looking for a 1/4 bull. I miss having a lurcher but as you said no point rushing into something that's not 100% right for me.
